Payment Policy: We accept payments from Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal. If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible (see Shipping Policy). Payment in full is required at time of purchase.

Shipping Policy: Shipping rates may vary due to weight and distance. We ship to all 50 United States and the District of Columbia. We regret that we cannot ship outside of the U.S.A. or deliver to PO Boxes, APO or FPO addresses.

Please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery prior to your event and 4 weeks for events in May, June, and December. There are no deliveries on Sunday.

Refund Policy: Favor Boxes are custom orders and are not returnable or refundable.
