New Yawk Baking Co. is the latest gourmet bakery concept that just hit the streets of New York! I created this concept along with my husband after years of being told, “You have such a New York accent” or “You are so New York.” We are so New York and we are so happy. We were both born and raised in the suburbs of Long Island and currently live in Bayside, New York.

We recently got married and want to make our dreams a reality. We are willing to work day and night to build a successful business and provide the most delicious and unique gourmet bakery items possible. Since I have over 15 years experience working in the food service industry (corporate and retail) and my husband has over 25 years experience working in the bakery industry, we thought it would be a great idea to combine our knowledge and passion and create a new concept.

I trust my husband to prepare our gourmet delights because he is a talented, classically trained Pastry Chef that graduated from The Culinary Institute of America and currently owns a wholesale bakery in Westbury, New York. We have many unique product ideas in mind and can’t wait to share them. To start, we are offering a variety of 7 gourmet cookies. Our signature Mishmosh Cookie is blended with sweet and savory flavors including potato chips, pretzels, chocolate chunks, peanut butter chips, hazelnuts, and marshmallows.
